Tim Cook recently was in India and spent some time with the Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi as the two discussed topics like Cybersecurity and encryption. Following that it was expected that building relations would help Apple push forth programs like selling refurbished phones in India through faster, but that has at least not happened. What has definitely happened is there is a brewing smell of friendship between Cook and Modi.
On his birthday today, Tim Cook took to Twitter to wish the Prime Minister on his special day.
A very happy birthday to @narendramodi. Vasudhaiva kutumbakam – the world is one family.

Mr Modi, was more than glad to respond to Tim Cook, we only wonder if he sent a DM to Tim Cook asking for the much in demand Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus units.
Fully agree with you! And thank you so much for your good wishes. https://t.co/bLXIhJVmKI
